ADHC Services
The CCACC Adult Day Healthcare Center (ADHC) is composed of different departments to bring a comprehensive set of services to seniors. The goal is to better meet the needs of the seniors we serve.
Transportation Department
• Has a complete infrastructure providing services throughout the DMV area
• Provides daily pick-up and drop-off services
• Has a professional car repair team that ensures the safety of all vehicles
Nursing Station
• Composed of a professional team of nurses
• Creates customized healthcare plans
• Professional pharmacist in charge of providing medicine
Food Department
• Provides healthy, nutritious, and delicious lunches
• Menu Style lunches that are matched to ensure wholesome nutritional intake
• Ensures quality food
Activities Department
• Plans celebrations and holiday parties
• Provides opportunities to learn and a platform for seniors to perform
• Promotes relationship-building and encourages self-confidence
Social Welfare Department
• Assess seniors’ mental conditions and provides counseling
• Assists seniors in applying for governmental aid
• Hosts seminars on community resources
• Helps translate English documents
Membership and Quality Control Department
• Responsible for ADHC’s registration process
• Ensures compliance with government standards
• Supervise operations to help raise service quality standards
