Washington, D.C. — September 28 — CCACC Academy was proud to participate as a sponsor in the DC Chinese Culture Festival, joining families and community members in celebrating Chinese culture, education, and community spirit.

Throughout the festival, the CCACC Academy booth welcomed many children and families who eagerly participated in our Chinese Character Treasure Hunt. Through this fun and interactive activity, children had the opportunity to explore Chinese characters and learn more about the beauty of Chinese language and culture.

The festival was also a meaningful opportunity for CCACC Academy to share the creativity and generosity of our school community. Handmade crafts created with love by our teachers and students were offered for sale at the event, with all proceeds donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Every purchase became a small act of kindness, allowing our students to experience firsthand the joy and importance of giving back to others.

Our booth was filled with laughter, curiosity, creativity, and heartfelt moments throughout the day. We were especially honored to welcome the Maryland Comptroller, who stopped by our booth and warmly greeted our teachers, students, and community members. Her visit was a wonderful encouragement to everyone involved.

For CCACC Academy, participating in the festival was about much more than introducing our educational programs. It was an opportunity to bring people together, inspire children to appreciate their cultural heritage, and demonstrate that education, creativity, and compassion can make a difference in our community and beyond.
We are deeply grateful to all the families, students, teachers, volunteers, festival organizers, and community members who supported us and helped make the day so special.
Together, we celebrate culture.
Together, we inspire children.
Together, we make a difference.
