CCACC Academy successfully hosted its inaugural Baby Olympic Sports event on June 11 and 12, 2026. Designed specifically for children at different developmental stages, the two-day program combined physical challenges, cultural activities, and family engagement, attracting enthusiastic participation from many families and creating a memorable summer experience for all.
The event was tailored to meet the needs of different age groups. The June 11 session was designed for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 2 years, while the June 12 session welcomed children ages 3 to 5. Inspired by the Olympic spirit, the program featured a variety of age-appropriate athletic activities that encouraged children to explore their physical abilities in a safe and supportive environment. Through active participation, children developed confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills while building a positive foundation for lifelong fitness.
Young Athletes Shone Throughout the Event
On both event days, the children transformed into enthusiastic young athletes and eagerly took on a variety of challenges with the encouragement of parents and teachers. The Baby Olympic Sports area featured engaging activities such as a crawling race, a ring-toss sit-up challenge, and a parent-child hurdle obstacle course. Each activity combined fun, movement, and interaction, allowing children to strengthen their motor skills and responsiveness through play.
Fun-Filled Dragon Boat Festival Activities
In addition to the energetic sports activities, the event incorporated elements of the traditional Dragon Boat Festival through a special Dragon Boat Festival Fun Fair. Children collected participation stickers by completing a series of interactive games, including ring toss, a World Cup-themed soccer penalty kick challenge, and beanbag toss activities. These games helped develop concentration, coordination, and problem-solving skills while providing an enjoyable and rewarding experience. The event also featured festive hands-on crafts that introduced children to the cultural significance of the Dragon Boat Festival, allowing them to experience and appreciate the richness of Chinese traditions through active participation.
A Joyful Day of Learning and Discovery
CCACC Academy stated that it would continue to uphold its commitment to supporting the holistic development of children by offering high-quality programs that integrated learning, physical activity, cultural enrichment, and family involvement. Through these opportunities, the Academy aimed to inspire children to explore their potential, discover the world around them, and create lasting memories for families as they celebrated each milestone in their children's growth.
