To help older adults approach life transitions with a more positive and healthy mindset, the CCACC Health Center will host a free virtual health talk titled "Healthy Aging" on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. We warmly welcome all interested participants to join.

As people move through different stages of life, maintaining good physical health, emotional stability, self-confidence, and a calm, composed outlook has become an important focus for many. This health talk will address physical and mental well-being as well as emotional regulation, offering practical, everyday strategies to help participants build a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle and improve overall quality of life.

We are pleased to invite Dr. Xiaoping Shao as the main speaker. Dr. Shao is a board-certified and experienced psychiatrist who has long focused on the mental health of adolescents and adults. He has extensive clinical experience and specializes in depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and adjustment disorders.

Through this health talk, the CCACC Health Center hopes to encourage the public to face life's changes with a positive and composed mindset, and to practice health awareness and self-care in daily life.
