CCACC Sports will offer its 2026 Spring–Summer Adult Tennis Programs from February 1 to May 30, 2026. Based on skill level, the programs include Adult Beginner, Adult Advanced Beginner, Intermediate TNT (Technique and Tactical), and Advanced TNT, designed to meet the diverse needs of working professionals as well as retired and older adult participants.

Beginner (February 7–March 28 | Saturdays, 11:30 AM–12:30 PM)
This course focuses on building a solid foundation, systematically introducing proper grip techniques, basic strokes, footwork, and court awareness. Participants are gradually guided to rally, serve, and play simple points. It is especially suitable for working professionals with busy schedules who wish to develop a regular exercise routine on weekends.

Advanced Beginner (February 1–February 28 | Sundays, 1:00 PM–2:00 PM)
Designed for participants with basic experience who wish to improve consistency. The Advanced Beginner class emphasizes stroke correction, footwork coordination, and fundamental tactical concepts. Through structured drills and point-play simulations, participants develop rhythm in real play and smoothly transition toward intermediate-level courses.

Intermediate TNT, Technique and Tactical (February 7–May 30 | Saturdays, 8:00 AM–9:30 AM)
For players with established experience who seek to further integrate technique and tactics. This course combines technical training with match-play strategies, using diverse drills and shot combinations to enhance shot quality and consistency, and to improve adaptability in various point-play situations.

Advanced TNT (February 7–April 25 | Saturdays, 9:30 AM–11:00 AM)
This course places greater emphasis on high-intensity technical refinement and tactical application. Through intensive drills and scenario-based training, participants comprehensively enhance their match awareness and competitive adaptability. The course is offered in sessions and includes a priority re-enrollment option, making it highly popular among long-term participants.

Tennis is a full-body sport that helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscles, and enhance coordination, balance, and reaction speed. For working professionals, regular play effectively relieves work-related stress and mitigates the physical strain caused by prolonged sitting. For retired and older adults, moderate tennis activity helps maintain mobility, slow functional decline, and expand social connections through group classes, enriching retirement life.

CCACC Sports adult tennis programs are distinguished by clearly defined levels, professional instruction, and safe indoor courts. The programs are committed to enabling adult participants of all ages and backgrounds to gain health and enjoyment through every swing, bringing sustained and steady physical vitality into daily life.
