CCACC Evergreen Club Celebrated 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival

The CCACC Evergreen Club held a lively and warm Mid-Autumn Festival celebration on the afternoon of October 6, 2025. Members gathered together to celebrate this traditional Chinese festival and took the occasion to bid farewell to teachers Ms. Wei Yuluan and Mr. Luo Yuegui.

The event was hosted by Ms. Gao Luoyi, creating a cheerful atmosphere filled with laughter. Ms. Rita S. Lewi (Executive Director of CCACC) attended in person to extend sincere holiday greetings. Ms. Chiao-Chiao Liu (Director of CCACC Community Services) delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing deep gratitude to volunteer teachers Wei Yuluan and Luo Yuegui for their dedication and selfless contributions over the past ten years to the Evergreen Club's 28-Form Tai Chi team and social dance team.
Amid enthusiastic applause, Director Liu presented the two teachers with commemorative T-shirts bearing the inscription "CCACC 40th Anniversary" on behalf of the Center, as a token of respect and appreciation.

On the other side of the venue, long tables were filled with delicious dishes, prepared collectively by the club and over 30 members. After the meal, attendees enjoyed a variety of performances, including classical and social dances, showcasing the talents of the Evergreen Club.

The celebration was made possible by dedicated volunteers. Special thanks go to volunteers Su Teng, Jing Zhang, Xiuhong Chen, and Xilin Xie for their tireless efforts—from setting up the venue and preparing food to cleaning up afterward. In particular, Su Teng devoted herself entirely from morning ingredient shopping to post-event cleanup, working tirelessly throughout, which was truly inspiring.

Accompanied by melodious music and bursts of laughter, the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration concluded on a warm and joyous note.
