CCACC Sports 2025 Fall Indoor Tennis Programs Open for Registration

CCACC Sports will offer Fall Indoor Tennis Programs from September 8 to October 12, 2025. Designed for children from early ages through high school, these programs provide progressive learning tracks aimed at enhancing both tennis skills and physical fitness.

Junior Tennis Programs

Tiny Tots

Ages: 2–4

Duration: 30 minutes

Rackets provided for the first class

This program uses fun tennis-based activities to train early hand-eye coordination. Parents are required to remain on court during class.

Little Tennis

Ages: 4–7

Duration: 1 hour

Students are grouped by age and skill level. The program fosters interest in tennis while teaching fundamental skills and basic stroke techniques.

Future Stars

Ages: 7–11 (beginners and players with some experience)

Duration: 1.5 hours

Focuses on developing tennis techniques through a variety of drills and match play to meet individual learning needs.

Future Stars Advanced

Ages: 8–12 (intermediate to advanced players)

Duration: 1.5 hours

Uses Green Dot Balls to prepare students for full-court tennis, competitive play, high school teams, and elite training. Training includes diverse drills and competitive play tailored to each student. (Invitation only).

Junior Beginner

Ages: 9+ (new to tennis)

Duration: 1 hour

Through engaging and interactive drills, students learn basic strokes, footwork, and rallying skills. The program emphasizes a supportive learning environment that builds coordination, confidence, and love for the sport—an ideal foundation for advanced classes.

High Performance Tennis and Special Programs

Junior Development L1

Duration: 2 hours

For competitive junior players preparing for high-intensity matches. Training focuses on advanced tactics, point construction, mental toughness, and match-specific fitness. Players improve decision-making, shot selection, and performance under pressure. Designed for athletes targeting high school matches and future tournaments.

Junior Development L2

Duration: 2 hours

For players with a solid technical foundation, bridging technical training and tactical application. Emphasis on shot consistency, refining strokes, and applying match strategies through rallies and situational training. Builds competitive mindset and match-play thinking.

Junior Development L3

Duration: 2 hours

For players beyond beginner stage, developing strokes and basic match understanding. Training covers proper technique, footwork, and rallying while introducing tactical awareness in a supportive atmosphere. Prepares students for higher-level competition.

Discounts (L1–L3):

· 5% off when enrolling twice per week

· 10% off when enrolling three times per week

· Coach approval required

Junior Tennis Team Practice (JTT)

Duration: 1.5 hours weekly

Players gain experience through matches against other JTT teams. Training emphasizes singles and doubles match play, developing instincts, technique, and strategies in a competitive team setting. (Invitation only).

Elite 2

Duration: 2.5 hours

For advanced players with several years of USTA competition experience. Training replicates professional match intensity, focusing on conditioning, tactical and mental performance, and off-court discipline. Students must participate in at least one USTA or UTR tournament each month.

Elite 3

Duration: 2 hours

For competitive players preparing for higher-level USTA tournaments. Includes technical repetition, match simulation, and fitness training to build readiness for advanced events. Students are required to compete in USTA and UTR tournaments year-round.

Meet Our Coaches

Tim Harvey

Tim was formerly a college tennis coach, recipient of the Mid-Atlantic Professional Tennis Association Professional of the Year, USTA Maryland Maury Schwartzman Junior Development Pro of the Year, served on many State and Regional Boards of Directors and Committees relating to tennis, and was one of 4 Head Coaches for the United States Olympic Festivals leading up to the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, and has retained his certification in the United States Professional Tennis Association for over 37 years. 

Andrei Bacalu

Andrei Bacalu is a USPTA and USPTR certified tennis professional. He is the former Assistant Director of the St. Albans Tennis Center as well as the Director of the St. Albans Summer Tennis Camp. Additionally, he has participated in a three-year International Tennis Federation (ITF) tour. At the 2018 Citi Open ATP event in DC, Andrei had the honor of coaching on-court two Top 20 doubles players who competed in the Main Draw. That team, "The Colombians," went on to win Wimbledon 2019 and US Open 2019.

Anthony Kountouris

Anthony is a USPTA Elite Professional and has served as the Director of Competitions for the USTA. He was the head coach for the Greek U16 national tennis teams (both male and female) at the Youth Olympic Games held in Belgrade, Serbia in 2007. From 2009 to 2010, he was the Tournament Director for the Aegean Tennis Cup ATP $125K (hard court) held at the Rhodes Tennis Club in Greece. Since 2016, he has been the Director of Junior Development at the Georgetown Prep Tennis Club in North Bethesda.

Jerome Pajot

Jerome is a USPTA Certified Professional in both tennis and Pickleball. He has been teaching tennis since 2006 and is involved in both youth and adult programs offered at QOSTC. He has alsovolunteered to help coach Clarksburg High School' s boys' and girls' teams for a number of years.

Marco Ma

USPTA-certified professional coach specializing in programs for players under 10, including Red, Orange, and Green Dot Ball levels. He is committed to helping children develop strong fundamentals and a lasting passion for tennis.
