They will discuss how to best understand the various types of bid announcements (RFP, RFQ, Solicitation, etc.), estimating contract best practices, as both a General Contractor and/or a Subcontractor. They will also discuss the Submission process (preparation), award process & negotiation (understanding final award contract language and compliance), post award admintration processes (compliance documents, MBE reports, certified payroll, invoicing, etc.).
