Free May 10th "Embracing Our Minds" for middle school/high school students and parents
This Saturday, May 10th is our 3rd and final Embracing Our Minds Mental Health Workshop for the Spring, featuring Lauren DeVera and Allison C.T. Wu! Our two speakers are experts in combining behavioral health with movement and fun. Join us as we learn practical mental health skills and enjoy each other's company.

Free lunch will be provided by AALEAD and catered from Siu's Asian Bistro (Silver Spring, MD).
Just a few important notes - Please make sure to arrive by 10am as programming will be starting shortly after. It is recommended that you park on the left side of the school and avoid the bus loop. In case you get lost, there will be some signage and staff members to help you with directions.
Try to wear something breathable as we will be doing interactive activities. You don't need to bring anything, but it may be smart to bring your own water bottle!
If you are planning on getting SSL hours for attending these sessions, please make sure to print out the form below and fill out Section 1 and 3. Bring it to the session and a staff member will award you the hours. We will have some copies at the event. If you are unable to attend this last session and haven't received your hours, please email me and we'll figure something out.
