The City of Gaithersburg presents the first annual Gaithersburg Film Festival. This vibrant celebration of storytelling reflects Gaithersburg’s rich diversity and features a dynamic lineup of short films, feature presentations, filmmaker panels, and engaging discussions. Prizes will be awarded for Best Short, Best Feature, Jury Choice, and Audience Favorite during the Sunday closing reception.

4 p.m. – Filmmaker Panel & Talkback: Featuring creators from "Amen Break," "Memory Project," and "The Burger"
7 p.m. – Short Film Screenings: "Myself Two Seconds to Cry," "Shakespeare for All Ages," "Clouds," "The Echoes We See," "The Cockroaches," "Waiting for Galdot"
