We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 ILF Youth Leadership Academy (YLA)—a premier summer program designed to equip high school students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become civically engaged leaders and entrepreneurial thinkers.
Through a week-long intensive seminar featuring expert speakers, AAPI leaders, and entrepreneurs, students will gain invaluable insights into American democracy, leadership, and the future workplace. Participants will build lifelong connections, sharpen their leadership abilities, and be inspired to create meaningful change in their communities.
Key Dates:
- Application Deadline: March 31, 2025
- Orientation (Virtual): July 6, 2025
- Kick-off (Virtual): July 13, 2025
- YLA Intensive Seminar (Virtual): July 14-19, 2025 (2 PM-5 PM ET)
- Capstone Demonstration Day (Virtual): July 20, 2025
- Leadership & Business Conference/Gala (D.C., optional): July 24, 2025
Who Can Apply? Rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
Program Fee: $500 (Scholarships available based on financial need)
