On February 17, 2025, CCACC Academy successfully held the award ceremony for its school T-shirt design contest. The creative competition began in December last year, inviting community members to design a unique representation of the school's mascot, "Blaze." The announcement immediately sparked enthusiasm, attracting numerous art enthusiasts of all ages to participate and showcase their creativity.
After a thorough selection process by a panel of professional judges, 18 outstanding designs were shortlisted and entered a month-long public online voting phase. Following intense competition, the winners were recognized at the award ceremony.
During that day, Avery Wan (Principal & Operating Director of CCACC Academy), attended the ceremony to celebrate this special moment with parents, teachers, and participants. The gallery of CCACC Academy displayed all the finalist artworks, providing an inspiring exhibition. Simbisai Kahari (Manager of Course Development), led preschool students on a gallery tour, encouraging them to express their creativity on a blackboard under the theme "Reaching for the Stars."
Following this engaging activity, host Gisselle Canales invited attendees to take their seats and announced the contest winners: Evelyn Yang (Children's Group, ages 13 and under) and Ashley Zhang (Adult Group, ages 14 and above). Their winning designs will be printed on CCACC Academy's new official T-shirts, symbolizing the school's spirit.
Additionally, the judging panel presented an Honorary Award to Jessica Yu (Children's Group, ages 13 and under) in recognition of her design's rich cultural diversity and inclusivity.
To express appreciation for the enthusiastic participation, CCACC Academy prepared certificates and commemorative gifts for all contestants, acknowledging their dedication and creativity.
Looking ahead, CCACC Academy eagerly anticipates seeing students, teachers, and parents proudly wearing this meaningful T-shirt, celebrating the contest's boundless creativity.
