9.26.24 Welcome to Attend CCACC Health Center 2024 Annual Health Fair on 9/28

CCACC Health Center will host the 2024 Annual Health Fair on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 2 pm to 5 pm at Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC). We warmly welcome everyone to participate.

At the fair, you will have the opportunity to receive a series of free health screenings to help you better understand your health status and identify potential risks early. We will offer vaccination services to enhance your overall health protection, helping to prevent the flu and other viral infections.

In addition to free medical services, benefits consultations, and on-site doctor consultations, there will be over 30 exhibition booths from Montgomery County government agencies and community organizations, providing healthcare resources such as primary care, specialist information, acupuncture, and specific details on assisted living and senior nursing homes.

Free gifts will be available, along with 200 portions of fresh produce. Each participant will receive a mission card upon entry. By completing the tasks on the card, such as visiting a specified number of booths and completing a certain number of health screenings, you can receive free fresh produce. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis!
