As one of 12 community clinics managed by Primary Care Coalition, as part of its Montgomery Cares network. CCACC Health Center meets patients' needs by offering essential medical services, case management, and specialist referrals. Founded to serve low-income and uninsured communities in Montgomery County, CCACC Health Center is supported by volunteers and medical professionals from various countries, enabling better communication between doctors and patients in multiple languages.
Since its establishment, CCACC Health Center has undergone many changes, but our dedication to service has remained constant. Our mission is to provide compassionate healthcare to those in need.

We are seeking volunteers in the following areas:
· Volunteer Clinic (requires a valid Maryland license for physicians, nurse practitioners (NP), or physician assistants (PA)
· Assist doctors with medical data entry (requires some medical background), help with patient and visitor reception, and record relevant information
· Medical data and document filing
· Community outreach volunteers
· Other clinic assistance tasks
