CCACC Health Center launched a free six-week online Chronic Pain Self-Management Workshop starting on August 22, 2024. Through a carefully designed curriculum, participants learn effective strategies for managing and alleviating chronic pain. Whether you are newly experiencing chronic pain or have been dealing with it for years, this workshop offers practical advice and support.
Participants gain insights into how lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and appropriate exercise can help relieve pain. Additionally, the workshop covers simple and easy-to-learn relaxation techniques. Other topics include sleep regulation, psychological counseling, and medication management, all aimed at helping participants maintain physical and mental balance in daily life.
