CCACC Sports Summer Children's Swim Program has been highly favored by community parents and is one of the most popular courses each summer. This year's swim program will run from June 17 to August 25. Most of our swim lessons are held in the 2' - 3' deep area of the pool where students can easily stand. Parents can sit at the tables on the pool deck and watch their children's swim lesson. We teach our students how to swim using a supportive, structured and fun environment. Our instructors are certified lifeguards and most of them have a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons. They encourage students to try new skills as they gain self-confidence in the water.

Classes are broken up by age and ability. Our program has 5 levels--each level has specific skills, for example, level 1-2 include front and back floating, kicking, jumping, submerging; level 3-4 include 5-15m freestyle and 10m back stroke and breast stroke; the Stroke Clinic which is the highest level, it will focus on further refining stroke mechanics and building endurance. Students must accomplish before moving to the next level. Students will also learn Safety Skills (ex. look before you leap) at every level. They will receive a Certificate of Completion when they have completed the skills and are ready to advance to the next level.

Through the Summer Children's Swim Program, students will not only improve their swimming skills but spend a fulfilling summer filled with joy and a sense of accomplishment.
