Three open roles currently at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago, all of them require some experience. All three roles are shared positions between Advancing Justice | Chicago and our 501c4 sister organization, Asian American Midwest Progressives (AAMP). - Organizing Manager: We're looking for an experienced manager who is committed to developing the base-building and campaign leadership skills of their staff/leaders and to strengthening the intergenerational, multi-entity organizing infrastructure of Advancing Justice | Chicago and Asian American Midwest Progressives. - Communications Manager: We're looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical communications expert to build and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that elevates our visibility and helps us win policy change. - Campaigns Director: We're looking for a strategic thinker and experienced advocate to join our senior staff team and co-lead the Organizing Team. This person will lobby and build relationships with local and state elected officials, represent us in coalition spaces, lead political education and lobbying trainings for grassroots leaders and coalition partners, and create external communications and talking points for priority issue campaigns.
