The Chinese Parents Association of Montgomery County (CAPA-MC) has received funding assistance from the Asian American Health Initiative of Montgomery County (AAHI). We work with the CCACC Health Center to provide free services to 70 CAPA members and other Chinese community residents. With this coupon, you can receive a 30-minute health and wellbeing consultation. Counseling services are provided by CCACC Health Center’s medical and mental health experts. Participants can participate in up to 4 free consultation services.

The consulting scope includes:

· Medical consultation (including chronic disease management and resources, etc.)

· Mental health and psychological counseling (including family relationships, depression, anxiety disorders, life-stage adjustment disorders, etc.)

· Consultation on services for the elderly with dementia

· Special education resources

· Medical insurance and other social benefits
