In-Person ESOL Class in Gaithersburg with Free Childcare
We are partnering with the nonprofit, Solutions in Hometown Connections, to host an in-person ESOL class at the Gaithersburg Library for those who need very basic English instruction. The class will provide free childcare for those under 5 years old, and will be geared towards those adults who need basic literacy instruction (learning letters and sounds). It's a great opportunity for parents of young children and others who may struggle with other ESOL classes, which may tend to be too advanced.
Online ESOL Classes with the Gilchrist Center
For those who prefer online classes, the Gilchrist Center's ESOL registration for winter session just opened today, and will fill very quickly. Please encourage people to fill in the online application ASAP if they're interested, as spots are VERY limited. Details are available here: https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/gilchrist/classes/esol-class.html
