10.7.2022 Celebrate Coming Out Day with Stories of Pride at Casey Community Center

Gaithersburg, MD (October 7, 2022) The City of Gaithersburg invites you to An Evening of Stories Celebrating Living Your Truth in observance of Coming Out Day on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Casey Community Center. Allies are welcome. Register for this free event online here.

Celebrate living your truth on National Coming Out Day with area storytellers. Enjoy hearing stories of Pride and shared experiences, participating in conversation, and exploring available resources. Stories will begin at 7 p.m.

National Coming Out Day celebrates and supports coming out as LGBTQ+. The first National Coming Out Day was observed in 1988 on the anniversary of the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights.
