OCA-DC is pleased to collaborate with the Chinese American Museum and Howard County Chinese School to conduct a Harvest Moon Cultural & Youth Festival at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, on Sunday, Sept. 11, from around 12 noon to 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. (ET).
