5.26.2022 CCACC Academy 2022 Summer Camp Story 2: Did You Know…?

Did you know that English is the third most spoken language in the world and is widely considered the Number One language used in business? Therefore being proficient in the language opens many opportunities for success. Proficiency and Fluency in language start early, and this summer, CCACC Academy is offering both Summer Camp (9 am - 4 pm) and Summer Enrichment courses (4:30 pm - 6:00 pm) on English Reading & Writing to students from Grades 1-6. First of all, meet our teachers!

Ms. Lynne Lim will be teaching Academic Enrichment – Reading & Writing Summer Camp and Summer Enrichment classes to G1-2 & G3-4, and English Language Test Preparation to G4-6.

Ms. Lynne Lim has been an English Language teacher for over 20 years. Her professional history includes working with students from different cultural backgrounds in various primary and secondary schools in Singapore and the United States. She has taught English to students from other countries, e.g., Malaysia, China, France, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United States. She is currently teaching SAT English, Reading Comprehension and Writing Courses to students from Grades 5-12. Her SAT English class helps her students build a strong foundation in Reading and Writing to feel well-prepared and confident in taking the SAT when they are ready. In addition to our Summer Camp, Lynne is also a popular teacher for our Afterschool and Enrichment courses.

Ms. Vanessa Clark will be the other teacher of Academic Enrichment – Reading & Writing Summer Camp for G1-2 and English Language Test Preparation for Grades 4-6 at 2022 CCACC Academy.

Ms. Vanessa Clark graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French. After graduating in 2020 she moved to France for a year to be an English Teaching Assistant in a primary and secondary school. She thoroughly enjoys working with youths, especially in an academic setting. She is excited to further her teaching experience this summer at CCACC Academy!
