3.11.2022 Help Create a Future Vision for Housing in Gaithersburg - Take Our Housing Surveys

Gaithersburg, MD (March 9, 2022) The City of Gaithersburg has started the development of a new Housing Element within the City's Master Plan that will outline goals and recommendations to address future housing needs, including workforce, low-income and other affordable housing options.

The first stage of this process is public input. How do you view the state of housing in the City of Gaithersburg? What are your thoughts on affordable housing? What challenges do you face? What opportunities do you have? Your input will help shape how the Housing Element is focused and what recommendations will be made. Explore background materials, including story maps with demographic and housing data, and take the surveys on our comprehensive project page here. Surveys will be open through April 8.
