11.05.2021 CCACC COVID Vaccination Service Arrangement in November

CCACC will continue to provide COVID vaccines to community members who face barriers to COVID vaccines.  We currently provide Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccine clinics.

Eligibility for Pfizer/Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines：

  • The unvaccinated community members（You will receive a $50 Costco Gift Card if you vaccinated with CCACC)
  • Community members with Immunocompromised conditions，28 days after the 2nd shots
  • Booster Shots: 65 years and old, residents over 18 and with chronic conditions, and frontline workers who get their 2nd shots for at least 6 months (2 months after the first dose of Johnson & Johnson)

Pfizer Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at CCACC

With FDA Emergency Use Authorization for the pediatric Pfizer Vaccine for the 5-11-year-old, CCACC is preparing to serve. We set a tentative date to provide vaccines for this group on Saturday 11/13/2021. Please note that this clinic is subject to change due to the supply of pediatric vaccines.

Incentives for the unvaccinated to receive COVID-19 vaccine by HRSA:

To address vaccine hesitancy, we are happy to provide medical advice if you have concerns about the vaccine. If you decided to receive the vaccine after the conversation, you are eligible for a $50 Costco Gift card if you completed the vaccination process.
