The COVID pandemic has brought a broad impact on the global job market. The changes in the career ecology and the work environment have brought challenges to the job-hunting environment. The demand for international talents, the government's investment in the private sector, and the continuous innovation of private enterprises have created new opportunities for the job market. Overall, the job market during the post-epidemic period is characterized by both crises and opportunities.
Adhering to the concept of integrating resources and serving the community, The Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC), in partnership with OCA-DC, will hold an Asian Talent Job Fair again in October to create job opportunities for job seekers in the community. At the same time, CCACC invited the first and second generations of successful Chinese entrepreneurs, as well as professional managers from international companies such as TSMC and Foxconn, to provide two career development workshop seminars for job seekers at the end of September and early October. How to apply for a job in the future and how to strengthen your professional background to prepare for the job search process will be the topics of the workshops.
