MoCo's Telehealth Survey

Today we launch stage two of Montgomery County’s Area Agency on Aging’s research focused on older adults who have utilized telehealth. Our objective is to meaningfully engage with culturally and linguistically diverse residents to help the County determine potential next steps for improving telehealth services for older adults. 

A few months ago, we conducted an English language survey and hosted a series of focus groups, collecting over 150 informative responses from older adults.

 

With assistance from the County’s language services we have translated that survey into 7 additional languages. In addition to the surveys we are also hosting several language specific focus groups. Registration for the focus groups is included in the survey.
