The COVID-19 pandemic has crippled our life and took away many things we used to take for granted - things as simple as meeting loved ones and friends for a nice dinner.

Nonetheless, the best thing restaurant businesses can do now is to prepare. It is a lot easier to take it down a notch and get adjusted now than try to implement major operational change last minute.

To prepare you for the reopening, Asian American Chamber of Commerce invites experienced professionals from Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association to share their tips and advice for reopening in this still uncertain and changing health and economic crisis.

What should we pay attention to in the restaurant’s response to Covid-19? What lessons can we draw from the experience of the past and how we apply those in the reopening process? What works…. and what doesn’t?
