Fee and other requirements
$380 for the first student, first session;
$350 for each additional session or additional siblings, registering at the same time.
Registration
Prepare an image/file for the health insurance card (to be uploaded during the registration process)
If you are not a member of CCACC, please become a Regular Family Member ($40) first and then register online.
First-come-first-served.
* The registration is not complete until the full payment for the student/family is received by the CCACC office. No seat will be reserved for incomplete registration.
Refund Policy
Notice of voluntary student withdrawal must be made in writing and is effective upon receipt by the CCACC business office or volleyball coordinator.
Refunds are made according to the following schedule:
- two weeks before the first day, 100% less $40 processing fee;
- one week before the first day, 80% less $40;
- Refunds are not made once the camp starts. Tuition and fees are not reduced due to absence from class and cannot be credited towards subsequent sessions or semesters without prior approval. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Disclaimer
By registering for the CCACC Volleyball Summer Camps, I agree that I will not hold the CCACC or the coaches liable for personal injury or damage while I am participating in the volleyball clinic/camp. In the event that I become ill or injured, I authorize CCACC staff or coaches to administer first aid and or take me to a physician or hospital for emergency treatment if necessary.
