Start Your Dream with a Successful College Interview. Welcome to College Interview Workshop, scheduled on Dec 09, 7:00 pm and brought by the Chinese Culture and Community Services Center (CCACC) and Chinese American Parents Association of Montgomery County (CAPA-MC).

Bertrand Tzeng
Bertrand Tzeng is a senior leader in the Treasury Department’s Office of Recovery Programs and served in multiple leadership roles at Treasury and the IRS. A tax lawyer by training, Mr. Tzeng practiced at law firms including Hogan Lovells, and consulted at Ernst & Young and on regulatory compliance monitorship on behalf of the Justice Department.
Mr. Tzeng holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University, a law degree from Columbia Law School, and a master’s degree in tax law from NYU Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Tzeng is a board member of the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center. An accredited career coach with the Treasury Executive Institute, Mr. Tzeng is active in the martial arts and enjoys drawing. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and twin daughters.
Julie Yang
Julie Yang is an educator and a community organizer. In the past few years, she has organized youth civic engagements, May Heritage Month events, helped establish a scholarship for youth, hosted numerous educational events, and served on various community advisory committees. With a Master's Degree in Education, Ms. Yang has been in Education for more than 20 years. Currently, as a certified College Admission Specialist by American School Counselor Association, her focus is to help prepare our youth for success in life.
Alice Yang Yeh
Alice is currently a Deputy Program Manager at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Traveler Communications Center (CBP TCC). Before joining CBP TCC, Alice was a Human Resources Manager at a worldwide company that provides business process services to government health and human services programs. She has over 20 years of administrative, program management, and human resources management experience.
In her current and previous roles, Alice has conducted job candidate interviews, managed employee relations, provided training, given employee job performance reviews, and facilitated travel and processed enrollment inquiries from travelers around the globe.
Alice has been active in community services. She is a Board member of the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center. She is a past Chapter President of the Organization of Chinese Americans, Greater Washington DC Chapter, and a graduate of Leadership Montgomery.
Alice received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and her MBA from the Loyola University of Chicago.
