In addition to standard Conditions of Use, the following Conditions of Use apply to all permits issued by the Montgomery County, Maryland, Office of Community Use of Public Facilities during the COVID-19 Pandemic for use of indoor and outdoor public facilities including but not limited to Montgomery County Public Schools, M-NPPC Montgomery Parks Fields, and all Montgomery County Government facilities:
Public facilities may only be used by permit holders and at their own risk. All permit holders must ensure that they, their organization and or all participants of all activities held under any permit issued by the Montgomery County, Maryland, Office of Community Use of Public Facilities during the COVID-19 Pandemic MUST comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations as well as follow guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at all times without exception during any permitted use of a public facility.
Failure to comply with the Conditions of Use will result in immediate permit revocation and can also result in possible suspension of future use of public facilities by permit holder, organization and or attendees.
