Who We Serve
ADHC can be free of charge for seniors on Medicaid, Senior Care, or Montgomery County’s County Fund, and who meet the requirements during registration. Because ADHC is located in Maryland, only Maryland residents are able to enjoy the service free of charge. However, we welcome seniors from all states.
Payment Options
Medicaid
• Applicants will need to fill out an application form which will be approved by the county based on the InterRAI Assessment
• Once the application is approved, the senior can enjoy all ADHC services and activities free of charge
Montgomery County’s County Fund
• Requirements
- Montgomery County resident
- Qualifying disability
- Income Level: Single (make under $2,739/month) Couples (make under $3,581/month)
- Property (excluding house and car): Single (worth less than $11,000) Couples (worth less than $14,000)
• Once approved, seniors can enjoy ADHC activities free of charge for two days each week
***ADHC staff is available to help applicants complete the application form
Self-Funded
• $80/day
• Participants need to provide tuberculosis test results and doctor’s orders
