2020大選日漸臨近，作為選民的您，現在是時候制定投票計劃了。儘管COVID會對流程產生許多影響，但您現在可以採取一些步驟，讓投票變得簡單輕鬆。

登記選民目前應該都收到了一封郵寄選舉申請函。收到後請立即寄回。

如果您沒有收到，可在以下鏈接查找選民登記https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/VoterSearch。

如果您尚未登記投票，請在此處登記https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/OnlineVoterRegistration/InstructionsStep1。登記投票或更改登記的截止日期是10月13日，除非您在提前投票期間或選舉當日親自登記。

郵寄投票

第一步：選票請求

如果您是在當前住址登記的，您應該收到一封來自州選舉委員會的郵件，其中包含通過郵件請求選票的申請。

如果您打算通過郵寄投票，請盡快填寫此表格並根據說明將其寄回。請求郵寄選票的截止日期是10月20日。

除了發送紙質表格，您還可以在線請求選票https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/OnlineVoterRegistration/InstructionsStep1。只需填寫在線表格，州選舉委員會就會處理您的請求並寄給您一張選票。您可以通過州的選民查詢工具來跟踪請求的狀態。

第二步：返還選票

郵寄選票將從9月底開始進入選民郵箱。

完成選票後，您可以通過以下方式返還選票：

a）通過郵寄返還您的選票

選票必須在11月3日之前蓋上郵戳，但地方選舉官員強烈建議您在10月28日之前寄出您的選票。11月2日或3日寄出的選票有可能不能在11月3日之前真正蓋上郵戳而被拒絕。

b）使用投票箱

提前投票期和選舉當日的投票中心以及更多地點將設有受安全監控的投票箱。投票箱接受選票投遞會在11月3日晚上8點截止。

親臨投票

由於大流行，選舉委員會已重新規劃了各轄區。選民不太可能在原先轄區投票站投票。與上次選舉相比，投票中心將更少，但規模更大。您可以在提前投票期或選舉當日在任何一個投票中心投票。但是，由於社交距離的要求，可能會有很長的等待隊伍。

如果您收到一張來自郵件的選票，並且寧願親臨投票，所有投票中心都將設有安全的投票箱。
