CCACC Well-Being Club
Do you want to have sustained weight loss? Do you want to know which foods are considered healthful to eat during each season of the year?
Looking for more exercise partners? Want to meet with a group of friends once a month to talk about ways to attain and maintain good health?
The CCACC Well-Being Club course content will include:
1. How to lose weight? Weight loss contest (prizes are awarded for reaching weight loss goals).
2. How to exercise? Group exercises: meridian health exercises, and Tai Chi (Chen style 23).
3. Meet once a month to exchange ideas, discuss progress and share information.
4. Regular lectures, featuring invited experts and scholars who will talk about health topics.
