To plan and coordinate activities associated with the development of arts and culture program, sports and fitness program, youth program, and many CCACC affiliated organizations, such as Gu-Zheng, painting & calligraphy, operas, Tai-Chi, folk dance, line dance, photography, gardening, arts and crafts, etc.
