Health and Human Services Division

The purpose of the CCACC Outreach Program is to promote federal, state, county, and other organization services and benefits. The program includes:

 

1. Health and Community Services Fairs: CCACC sponsors many fairs throughout the year. Many government, private health and community service providers are invited to participate in the event. Occasionally, health consultations will be provided during the fair to promote the public awareness of the importance of individual health. CCACC has also actively participated in fairs sponsored by other organizations to help the communities.

 

2. Education seminars and classes: CCACC sponsors regular seminars on general health issues, disease prevention, Medicare and Medicaid benefits, and other topics. Training classes may be offered when needed.

 

3. Translation of informational and educational materials: CCACC has translated hundreds of documents into bilingual documents to assist residents with a language barrier. These documents include brochures, flyers, instructions, forms, and booklets.
