This event is reserved for qualified candidates whom meet the following criteria:

1. Candidates whom signed up at CCACC office in advance (sign up open till 9/20/2012) 
2. Candidates whom can read and be able to use internet independently
3. Candidates whom have computers and can operate independently
4. Candidates whom can learn through internet independently and pass exam and obatin certificate afterwards
5. Candidates whom are available to be trained during October to December 2012
6. Candidates whom can serve as CCACC income tax return volunteer in assiting tax return for seniors and low-income-family during tax return period.
