About the Club
Graceful Postures and Dance was established in 2012. Founder and instructor, Sheng Zhong, has a strong background in dance and has been teaching for close to 30 years. Students in the class come from all different backgrounds but share one thing in common – a passion for dance and the arts. Graceful Dance and Postures in build on the principle that dance should benefit the body, bring happiness, and serve the community.
In recent years, students have been invited to perform across the Greater Washington area. They can often be spotted around Lunar New Year as they grace the stage with beautiful dances. They often perform for seniors, bringing warmth to the audience.
